Return Process

  Log into your ShopZoo account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
